matt was running for marketing exco for our student council.
so, instead of using flyers, he had his friend drive his bashed up car to the entrance of our building, and placed a dummy (Joe D Dummy - no kidding) there as though it got hit my the car. in the dummy's hand, there was a ballot paper and matt's opponent's name was ticked.
get it? :)
